It was a close call in the 1.50 two-phase Baker Tilly Roelfs Trophy as home rider David Will and Mic Mac du Tillard (Cruising x Galoubet A) finished the track in 34,84 seconds, with Italy's Emanuele Gaudiano on Cocoshynsky (Cornet Obolensky x Popcorn) came in right behind crossing the finish line in 34,85 seconds.
In-form Kent Farrington from the US ended third with his new ride Belle Fleur 38 (Berlin x Gran Corrado), who was previously ridden by Max Kühner. In fourth and fifth place followed two young and talented German riders - Laura Klaphade with Cinsey (Contendro I x For Pleasure) and Kaya Lüthi with Pret a Tout (Hiram Chambertin x Stew Boy).
