Ukraine's talented 21-year-old Alisa Danilova won Sunday's CSIO3* Grand Prix of Odense presented by Stutteri Ask. This was the biggest win in Danilova's career so far, and it came on her boss Alexander Onischenko's 13-year-old gelding Dinero de Laubry (Nabab de Reve x Skippy II).
While her Nations Cup-winning team-mates had ran out of luck for the Grand Prix, Danilova showed top form to take the win ahead of no other than Dutch rider Jur Vrieling on VDL Glasgow vh Merelsnest (Nabab de Reve x Darco) that had to settle for second this time around with the only other clear round in the competition 0.44 seconds behind Danilova.
Third place went to Vrieling's compatriot Robert Ehrens on Hisa (Indoctro x Parco) who had the fastest time in the second round, but on the expense of one rail down. Fourth was Germany's Christian Hess on Caivano (Chacco-Blue x Quilot) and fifth Belgium's Wilm Vermier on Gentiane de la Pomme (Shindler de Muze x Diamant).
