Belgium takes over the lead in the Longines FEI Nations Cup Europe Division 1

After the fifth leg of the Longines FEI Nations Cup Europe Division 1 in Rotterdam – where Belgium won – the Belgian team has taken over the lead on the overall standing of the series.

With 360 points, Belgium is 20 points ahead of former leader Switzerland. Both Belgium and Switzerland have collected points at four out of their five allocated legs, while third placed Germany has collected points at five legs and will have no more opportunities to add. 

France sits fourth with 292,5 points and Spain follows in fifth with 225 points. Also France and Spain have collected points at four out of five allocated legs. Sweden, rank six, has collected points at three out of five legs, while Netherlands, Ireland, Great Britain and Italy – next on the standing – only have collected points at two out of their five allocated legs with three yet to come.
