Daniel Deusser's (GER) top form continued at Lotto CSIO5* Sopot today, as the German rider won the 1.60m competition against the clock presented by Lotto riding the 9-year-old Kiana van het Herdershof (Toulon x Lys de Darmen).
Clocking the time of 65.76 seconds, Deusser left Billy Twomey (IRL) and Lady Lou (Lord Z x Caesario) behind him in runner-up position with their time of 66.11 seconds. Third place went to Simon Delestre (FRA) and Chadino (Chacco-Blue x Narew xx) in a time of 66.30.
The 1.50m Poczta Polska SA Prize it was Twomey's turn to go to the top, this time riding Chat Botte E.D (Casall x Darco). It was 0.44 seconds separating Twomey from runner-up Gudrun Patteet (BEL) on Sea Coast Crystal de Leau (Clapton x Capitol I) while Yves Vanderhasselt (BEL) and Kiki Vitseroel (Acardi Du Houssoit Z x Cavalier) followed in third.
The 1.45m Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Prize saw Olivier Robert (FRA) and Vadrouille d'Avril (Popayann x Quatar de Plape) take the win, ahead of Jörne Sprehe (GER) on Chepetta (breeding unknown) in second and Krzysztof Ludwiczak (POL) on Sandra Blue (breeding unknown) in third.
