The CSIO5* 1.50m Land Rover Speed and Handiness in St. Gallen was won by Hans-Dieter Dreher (GER) and Vestmalle des Cotis (Baloubet du Rouet x Landor S).
The Land Rover Speed and Handiness consisted of 17 obstacles and 19 efforts, and judged as a Table C with faults converted into additional time, the riders went for full speed and short turns. The top six were all clear and in total 14 riders cleared the long course.
With a time of 91.07 seconds, Dreher was 0.20 seconds faster than his compatriot Marcus Ehning with Calanda 42 (Calido I x Chasseur I). Gregory Wathelet (BEL) and Berline du Maillet Z (Berlin x Action-Breaker) needed another 0.06 seconds to cross the finish line, to take the third place. Fourth place went to Barbara Schnieper (SUI) with Inook (Verdi Tn x Mr Blue), followed by Steve Guerdat (SUI) with Is-Minka (Mylord Carthago*HN x Flyinge Quite Easy).
