Ireland's Matt Garrigan and the 10-year-old gelding Quantum Robin V (Carambole x Stakkato) delivered the only double clear in the CSIO4*1.55m Grand Prix Air Bank of Prague, to take the top honours at the Czech venue.
Five of the fifty horse-and-rider combinations in the class moved on to the jump-off after clearing the first-round track, where Garrigan was the only rider to deliver another clear round – stopping the clock at 46.74 seconds. Sara Vingralkova (CZE) and Kas - Sini DC (San Patrignano Cassini x Darco) finished second on four faults and a time of 44.27, followed by Wojciech Wojcianiec (POL) and Chintablue (Chintan x Chacco-Blue) in third – also with four penalties but slightly slower with their 46.36 seconds. Anastasia Bondarieva (UKR) and Calder (Casall x Coriano) finished fourth – also on four faults, while the fifth place went to Adam Grzegorzewski (POL) and Issem (Quality Time TN x Clinton) on eight faults.
