McLain Ward (USA) and Noche de Ronda (Quintender x Loves Corinth) won Thursday's feature class in Dublin, the CSIO5* 1.50-1.60m Stablelab Stakes.

With his time of 40.16 seconds, Ward robbed the hosts of a home win leaving Denis Lynch (IRL) and GC Chopin's Bushi (Contendro II x Nairobi) to runner-up position, 0.79 seconds behind. Third place went to Lynch's compatriot Shane Breen (IRL) and Ipswich van de Wolfsakker (Carembar de Muze x Quick Star) who was just 0.01 seconds behind Lynch. Amanda Derbyshire (GBR) and Luibanta BH (Luidam x Abantos) finished fourth, and Capt. Brian Cournane (IRL) fifth with Armik (Armitage x Justinian XX).

Earlier in the day, two Irish riders finished on top in the The Speed Derby by Clayton Hotel Ballsbridge. Mark McAuley won aboard Miebello (Flyinge Quite Easy 958 x Cardento 933), beating Cian O'Connor and Diego (Colman x Guidam) by 0.09 seconds. Third place went to Barbara Schnieper (SUI) and Dickens II (Carolus II x Cavalier).
