The Longines FEI Nations Cup Final in Barcelona, Spain kicked off on Thursday morning with the Royal Bliss Trophy - a 1.45m class against the clock. Eduardo Menezes (BRA) on the 13-year-old mare Caruschka 2 (Caspar x Continue) took the win with a time of 58,50 seconds.
Steve Guerdat (SUI) on the 11-year-old mare Cayetana (Robin II Z x Papillon Rouge) took care of the runner-up position with a time of 59,32 seconds and Emilio Bicocchi (ITA) on the 10-year-old stallion Call Me (Contendro II x Julio Mariner X) took the third spot with a time of 59,59 seconds.
The young talent Edward Levy (FRA) on the 12-year-old mare Rafale d'Hyverniere (Chef Rouge x Le Plantero) placed fourth with a time of 59,88 and the fifth spot went to Niklaus Rutschi (SUI) on the 10-year-old mare Pipilotta (Orlando x Gonzo I).
