Five teams from Africa and the Middle East will compete for qualification for the 2024 Olympic Games in the Group F FEI Designated Olympic Qualification Event in Doha, Qatar, today.
The Olympic qualifier in Doha offers two places for the Group F-teams to join the seven that are already sure of a spot in Paris – hosts France, as well as Sweden, Netherlands, Great Britain, Ireland, Germany and Belgium, that have qualified through the 2022 FEI World Championships in Herning and the 2022 FEI Nations Cup Final in Barcelona.
In Doha, Egypt and Morocco will represent Africa, while the Middle East teams are Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The best two teams over the two rounds of the Nations Cup will be making it to Paris.
