Sunday, 01 August 2021
Tokyo Olympic Games

On Sunday, it was time for ring familiarisation and training at the Baji Koen stadium in Tokyo. A total of 93 horse-and-rider combinations had lined up to check out the Olympic environment. First out in our photo special is Anna Kellnerova's Catch Me If You Can OLD who got a well-deserved treat after a good training round.

First their reserve Rowan Willis withdrew, leaving the team at three riders – then Jamie Kermond tested positive on cocaine, which dropped them down to only two. Luckily, Edwina Tops-Alexander and Katie Laurie got to do the individual competitions.
