A selection of horses, riders and nice moments from CHIO Aachen. First out is the 18 year old Plot Blue, that is still showing off under Marcus Ehning. All photos (c) Jenny Abrahamsson.
We are happy to see Cella back competing and that she and Ben are back in Europe.
Quiet Easy is a horse we have seen under many riders - such as Angelica Augustsson, Ben Maher and Chloe Aston to mention some. Now he is on a winning form with Bertram Allen.
Christian Ahlmann and Codex One having a moment.
Cornet d'Amour is just something special!
Gregory Wathelet and Conrad de Hus flying high.
Jur Vrieling can be really pleased with VDL Zirocco Blue N.O.P's performances in Aachen.
Lauren Hough's Cornet has such a beutiful and special color.
Another horse with a special color is David Will's Colorit.
What these two have accomplished during the last weeks is impressive. Kent Farrington and Voyeur won the LGCT in Hamburg, then they came 5th in the Rolex Grand Prix in Aachen before they won the Grand Prix at Spruce Meadows.
A close up on Marco Kutscher and Liberty Son.
Philipp Weishaupt and Chico seemed to enjoy Aachen's big gras arena.
Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum and Fibonacci in focus.
We are looking forward to see more of this new combination - Sergio Alvarez Moya and G&C Quitador Rochelais.
These two are on top of the show jumping world at the moment - Scott Brash and Hello Sanctos!
These nice posters with old and new profile pictures of the athletes where hanging in the arena.
