After a dramatic competition for Conor Swail (IRL), he won the CSIO5* $35,000 1.50m ATCO Founders Classic at the Spruce Meadows 'Masters' on GK Coco Chanel (Clarimo x Lerano).

Just a few minutes before his winning round, it didn’t look like Swail would be able to enter the jump-off with GK Coco Chanel as he suffered a very bad fall on the last fence over the shortened course with his first horse Flower (Bon Ami x Randel Z). Luckily, all went well and just 10 minutes later Swail was back in the ring showing everyone how it was supposed to be done.

62 riders entered the class and 13 of them went on to the jump-off after finishing on a clean sheet the first time around. Another ten riders did their best and were clear on fences, but got stopped by the time allowed.

Eric Lamaze (CAN) and Chacco Kid (Chacco Blue x Come On) are in top form, and managed to take another second place with the smallest margin there is – 0.01 seconds. Third place went to Cian O’Connor (IRL) with Callisto (Quasimodo Z x Jokinal de Bernival) after crossing the finish line a second slower than the top two.

Philipp Weishaupt (GER) ended 4th riding Call Me Eva (Chacco Blue x Stakkato), while Karen Polle (JPN) took care of the 5th place together with Kino (Lord Z x Chambertin).
