The Sunday at CHIO Aachen started with the 24,600 Euro SAP Prize, a 1.45m speed class, and it was world number two McLain Ward (USA) on the 15-year-old gelding HH Carlos Z (Chellano Z x Voltaire) that took home the win with a time of 60,21 seconds.
Felix Hassmann (GER) on the 12-year-old gelding SL Brazonado (SL Baluarte x Silvestre) placed second with a time of 60,80, and Samuel Parot (CHI) on the 14-year-old gelding Atlantis (Andiamo x Royal Bravour L) took the third place with a time of 61,16 seconds.
Eduardo Menezes (BRA) and the 13-year-old mare Caruschka 2 (Caspar x Continue) continued their good form and placed fourth with a time of 61,91 seconds, while Markus Beerbaum (GER) on the 9-year-old mare Charmed 2 (Chacco Blue x Plural) took the fifth spot with a time of 63,05.
