This week, between 11 to 15 December, CHI Geneva returns for its 2024-edition and on the entry list are some of the world's very best horses and riders.

True to tradition, the 63rd CHI Geneva will take place at Palexpo. Highlights include Thursday's 1.60m Trophée de Genève – the first of two qualifiers for Sunday's Rolex Grand Prix, Friday's 1.55m Prix des Communes Genevoises – the second Grand Prix qualifier, Friday's annual 1.60m Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final, Saturday's 1.60m Coupe de Genève – a unique event with its combination jumps, and of course Sunday's 1.60m Rolex Grand Prix – the last Major of the year in the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping.

Reigning European Champion, Olympic Vice-Champion and current world no. two Steve Guerdat – a crowd favourite in Geneva – will of course be in action, and he will defend his 2023-title in the Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final. Hopes will also be high for home hero Martin Fuchs – Rolex Grand Slam Live Contender – who after his Major victory with Leone Jei at Spruce Meadows in September is in the run for a 500,000 Euro bonus if he can take a second consecutive win.

World number one and reigning individual and team World Champion Henrik von Eckermann will also be competing, as will his compatriot, multi-medallist, and former world no. one Peder Fredricson.

The line-up also includes world no. three Ben Maher (GBR), as well as Scott Brash (GBR) – who both were on the British team that claimed gold at this year's Olympic Games in Paris. Furthermore, Brash is the only rider to have ever won the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping-title – back in 2015. McLain Ward (USA), Kent Farrington (USA), Harrie Smolders (NED), Conor Swail (IRL), Marcus Ehning (GER), Gregory Wathelet (BEL), Julien Epaillard (FRA), and Simon Delestre (FRA) are among the many other big names on the entry list, as is Richard Vogel (GER) who will be defending his 2023-title in the Rolex Grand Prix of Geneva.
