This week, the CSIO5* Spruce Meadows ‘Masters’ continues the 50th anniversary season at the iconic Spruce Meadows-venue in Calgary, Canada, with the 3,676,500.00 USD 'CPKC International' Grand Prix, presented by Rolex, as one of the highlights.
Teams from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands and USA will be competing in Saturday’s CSIO5* 1.60m BMO Nations Cup, while the 'CPKC International' Grand Prix, presented by Rolex – one of the four Majors in the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping – will be Sunday’s concluding highlight.
Six riders from the current top ten in the world will be competing at Spruce Meadows this weekend: World no. two Ben Maher (GBR) – 2024 Olympic Team Champion, world no. three Christian Kukuk (GER) – 2024 Olympic Champion, world no. four Steve Guerdat (SUI) – 2023 European Champion and 2024 Olympic Vice-Champion, world no. six Richard Vogel (GER) – 2025 European Champion, world no. seven Scott Brash (GBR) – 2024 Olympic Team Champion and double silver medallist from the 2025 European Championship, as well as Daniel Coyle (IRL) who is currently ranked world no. nine.
They will be joined by the likes of Nicola, Olivier and Thibault Philippaerts (BEL), Tiffany Foster (CAN), Mario Deslauriers (CAN), Nina Mallevaey (FRA), Kevin Staut (FRA), Daniel Deusser (GER), Matthew Sampson (GBR), Donald Whitaker (GBR), Jordan Coyle (IRL), Tom Wachman (IRL), Kristaps Neretnieks (LAT), Patricio Pasquel (MEX), Harrie Smolders (NED), Lillie Keenan (USA), Laura Kraut (USA) and Aaron Vale (USA).
