JustWorld International, the well-established, equestrian-inspired nonprofit organization that funds education, healthcare, and nutrition programs for children in impoverished communities, marks its 20th anniversary in 2023. And with that, JustWorld has decided to unveil a new global contest to find a logo that honors and celebrates 20 years of positive change around the world. JustWorld will use the winning 20th Anniversary logo design throughout the year in all its marketing and media communications to help promote and celebrate the 20th Annual JustWorld Gala, held on Friday, January 27, 2023, in Wellington, Florida.

"The JustWorld community is full of passionate people who take pride in the change we are creating," said Executive Director Eszter Kiss. "We have so many talented connections, so we are excited to open this opportunity up to share such a momentous occasion. I can't wait to see the entries!"

The 20th Anniversary logo should symbolize the positive change JustWorld has made in the lives of children through its education, health care, and nutrition programs over the past two decades. Artists are asked to explore creatively but must ensure the design is simple enough to be easily replicated in black and white, easy to see from a distance, and can translate into various formats, such as embroidery.

Follow three steps to submit your contest entry by 5:00 pm EST on Sunday, December 4, 2022:

1. Compress all the files

2. Upload the compressed file on www.wetransfer.com and 

• Send to: [email protected]
• Subject: 20th Anniversary Logo Design Contest Submission

3. Post to social media (story or feed) and

• Tag @justworldinternational
• Hashtag #JUSTWORLD20

• Digital file of design in scalable vector graphic format (EPS, PSD, AI) as well as JPG or PNG format, at a minimum resolution of 1200 pixels, 300 dpi;
• The design must incorporate an existing element of the JustWorld logo (complimentary colors, emblem, etc.);
• Simple, unique, and cheerful design appropriate for different communication materials;
• The design should be accompanied by a short description presenting the design idea (3-5 sentences).

A judging panel will review all contest entries. A public vote via JustWorld online communication channels will determine the winner. Once selected, JustWorld will announce the winner's name and display the winning 20th Anniversary logo on all JustWorld Gala communications and merchandise. The winner will be tagged in the social media announcement, receive one piece of merchandise of their choice with their logo displayed, and receive one complimentary ticket to attend the JustWorld Gala on January 27, 2023, at Belle Herbe Farm in Wellington, Florida.

• The contest is open to all individuals;
• You must be the original designer of your work and are fully responsible for the copyright of every creative element in your contest entry;
• Contestants should provide contact information, including full name, phone number, and current living address;
• The organizer reserves the right to modify the submitted entries and determine the use of them in any media without any fee payment to contestants;
