Once again, the Trigon Auctions team has succeeded in assembling an outstanding collection of foals, which will be open for bidding from August 22 until September 3. Among the highlights are a half-brother to the Olympic showjumper Gunder, a grandson of Olympic mare Derly Chin de Muze, and a grandson of the legendary Fragance de Chalus.
With deep knowledge of what the sport demands, the Van de Lageweg family, Frederik De Backer, and Jan Tops have curated this exclusive collection with the highest standards in mind. Offspring of leading sires such as Ermitage Kalone, Emerald van ’t Ruytershof, Carrera VDL, Aganix du Seigneur, Baltic VDL, and Kannan will come under the hammer on 3rd of September.
Olympic bloodlines
With a view to future sport and stallion development, this collection includes several foals of exceptional interest. Among them is Corneel van ’t Oost (by Comthago VDL), a half-brother to Olympic horse Gunder and the 1.60m performer Nauwsika van de Pereboom, offering a pedigree rich in proven ability.
Sam Perly Chin U Z (by Sambucci de Muze) is not only a grandson of Olympic mare Derly Chin de Muze but is also closely related to the phenomenal Killer Queen VDM, who has earned over €4 million in prize money together with Daniel Deusser.
Another standout is Aganix Diamant U-Z (by Aston VDL), whose dam is a full sister to the 1.60m horses Cristel (ridden by Max Sebrechts) and Diacento (ridden by Alicia Page).
Equally impressive is Coastleader v/d Braembeier Z (by Carrera VDL), a half-brother to the 1.60m horse Evita van ’t Zoggehof and grandson of the celebrated Fragance de Chalus, the dam of the infamous Mylord Carthago.
The filly Energy van de Annahoeve combines the Olympic sire Emerald van ’t Ruytershof with Vesta III (by Andiamo), a 1.60m jumping mare—making her pedigree especially powerful.
In addition, damlines that have produced stars such as H&M Extra, Liscalgot, Cella, and Vagabond de la Pomme are also represented in this collection.
