Key officials for the 2026 Aachen World Championships named

The FEI has published a list of key officials named for next summer’s World Championships in Aachen, Germany. The championships will consist of six FEI disciplines, and the jumping at the iconic Soers showground will kick off on 18th August - with the team final on the 21st and the individual World Champion being crowned on the 23rd of August. 

For the discipline of jumping, Patrice Alvado (FRA) will be the president of the ground jury. Alvado will be joined by Harrie Braspenning (NED), Anna Lindqvist (SWE), Kazuya Hirayama (JPN) and Andrew Pollard (GBR) as members of the ground jury. Maria Hernek (SWE) has been named the chief steward.

Frank Rothenberger (GER) has been named as the course designer for this championship, while Santiago Varela (ESP) will be technical delegate.
