VDL Stud returns to Wellington, Florida with another collection of horses already imported who will then be auctioned live and online on 26th February!
After many years of successful auctions and satisfied clients, it has truly become a tradition. Janko van de Lageweg, his team and the 11 selected auction horses have now arrived in Wellington.
VDL O'Bleu, gelding by Numero Due, born 2019, competing at 1.30m level.
“Over the past 15 years, many outstanding horses have been sold through our auction,” says Janko van de Lageweg. “Their achievements at World Equestrian Games, European Championships, Global Champions Tour, Nations Cups and Grand Prix level prove the quality and talent we offer. With this carefully selected group, success in jumpers, hunters or equitation is within reach. We look forward to seeing everyone in Wellington!”

The event kicks off with the official presentation February 17 in the prestigious International Ring of Wellington International, where each horse will be showcased to the public. For those unable to attend in person, the presentation will be live-streamed on ClipMyHorse.TV, ensuring a global audience can witness the unveiling of these future stars. Start of the presentation is at 3:00 PM.
Trial rides begin February 18, interested riders will have the opportunity to trial the horses and experience their talent, rideability, and potential firsthand.
Auction Night – February 26: Bid Live or Online The auction itself takes place on February 26, with both live and online bidding available, making it accessible to equestrian enthusiasts worldwide. Whether attending in Wellington or participating remotely, bidders will have the chance to secure top-tier horses destined for success at the highest levels of show jumping and sport.
