European Championships Aachen 2015

Gregory Wathelet and Conrad de Hus
Belgium did not have the best of days, until Gregory Wathelet came in towards the end and produced a beautiful fast clear round on Conrad de Hus to slot into fourth position. Belgium is currently 10th on the team standings. All photos (c) Jenny Abrahamsson.

Bertram Allen and Molly Malone V
Bertram Allen and Molly Malone V impressed again, and sit 5th overall. Ireland lies 8th after the first round in Aachen.

Jur Vrieling and VDL Zirocco Blue N.O.P
The Dutch on the other hand saw all their team members going clear; here Jur Vrieling and VDL Zirocco Blue N.O.P. The team lies in 5th position.

Ferenc Szentirmai and Chaccland
As did the riders from Ukraine, who left every fence intact to take 6th position at this point - here Ferenc Szentirmai and Chaccland.

Lenardo der Kleine and Andreas Schou
Gotta love this little horse; Lenardo der Kleine and Andreas Schou did a fast four-fault round yesterday, and Denmark lies in 11th position after day one.

Daniel Deusser and Cornet D'Amour
Daniel Deusser and Cornet D'Amour had one down for Germany, but his team still leads overall as round two comes up.

Good Luck and Cian O'Connor
The amazing nine year old Good Luck had one down with Cian O'Connor in the saddle.

Joe Clee and Utamaro d'Ecaussines
Joe Clee and Utamaro d'Ecaussines impressed again, went clear and sits third individually for Great Britain - which is also the results for the team.

Jeroen Dubbeldam and Zenith SFN N.O.P.
Reigning World Champions Jeroen Dubbeldam and Zenith SFN N.O.P. looked to be in very good form, riding a good clear round - putting him 16th individually.

Taloubet Z and Christian Ahlmann
The 15 year old Taloubet Z looked to be in top shape with Christian Ahlmann in the saddle - jumping a clear and fast round for Germany.

Douglas Lindelöw and Casello
It was a bit up and down for Sweden yesterday, they now sit 9th overall - here Douglas Lindelöw and Casello in action.
