Penelope Leprevost’s sponsor Haras de Clarbec has secured Flora de Mariposa’s daughter Ilena de Mariposa for the French rider. The seven-year-old by Berlin has up until now been ridden and produced by Jerome and Patricia Guery, who have competed the mare at international youngster level. Now, Ilena de Mariposa moves on to join her successful mother in France where Penelope will continue to develop her towards the top of the sport. 

Guery, who works closely with Ilena and Flora's breeder Koen de Brabander, still has a son out of Flora de Mariposa which is by Nabab de Reve.
