Germany’s experienced rider Lars Nieberg and his 13-year-old mare Casallora (Casall x Lennon) took home the victory in the CSI2* Grand Prix in Schwerin on Sunday. In the jump-off, Nieberg’s experience turned out to make the difference, as he beat the young German riders Jasper Kool and Maximilian Schmid. Both Kool and Schmid rode sons of Chacco Blue: Chatto (Chacco Blue x Alexis Z) and Chacon (Chacco Blue x Aventyno).
Another young German rider ended on the fourth position: Nisse Lüneburg, riding the Cornet Obolensky-son Cadensky. His compatriot Michael Kölz and FST Dipylon (Dinglinger x Lavall I) turned out fifth.
