On-site production
De Sutter Naturally has an on-site production facility in which all posts and gates are manufactured. The sawn wood is purchased straight from the sawmill. Once planed all pieces are ready to be processed to posts or gate parts. Our state of the art CNC-controlled wood processing machine operates with an accuracy of 0,1mm, ensuring a nicely finished product with a tight fit.
Large stock
If it has to go fast, De Sutter Naturally can make it happen. With over 8.000m² of storage we house the largest stock of fencing materials and gates in Europe. From our modern company site in Kampenhout we serve clients throughout the world.
Professional installation
Just in Belgium, De Sutter Naturally installs over 75.000 meters of fencing each year. Our unique installation method with a self-developed drilling machine guarantees a solid and stable fence. With its caterpillar tracks it is fit for any terrain.
Our experienced installation professionals use laser equipment fitted with electronic sensors. This guarantees nice and straight lines, smooth turns and can adapt to any difference in height.
Ecology
De Sutter Naturally is proud to be both FSC© and PEFC certified. Both organizations contribute to a sustainable development of the wood industry worldwide. All the wood used in our products originates from controlled and accredited sources. Additionally, De Sutter Naturally has invested in a zero emission wood chip burner to heat our company buildings in Kampenhout. Excess wood from our production facility is processed on-site to wood chips that feed the heating installation.
