Germany's Katharina Offel went to the top in the CSI3* 1.55 Grand Prix at Sentower Park, Opglabeek (BEL) on Monday evening.

Ten riders of the sixty in the class moved on to the jump-off after a technical first round that caused problems for many. Against the clock, it was Belgium's Karel Cox that took an early lead on the 11-year-old gelding Cayen van het Obos (Cornet Obolensky x Corrado) stopping the clock on 43.43 seconds. Not too long after, the Belgian rider was overtaken by a Dutch one as Jelmer Hoekstra went into the lead on Arakorn (Cantos x Damiro) shaving the time down to 42.20 seconds.

However, as 7th to go in the jump-off it would be Katharina Offel and the 10-year-old stallion Umeunig (Untouchable Z x Chellano Z) that would go off with the win. The two have showed good form lately in the CSI5* Grand Prix of Dinard and CSI2* Grand Prix of Valkenswaard, and this time they got everything right in a blistering fast and accurate jump-off to take the win with a time as good as 40.98 seconds in front of a full house.

In Allersehl (GER) it was all German on top with Marcel Marschall as the winner aboard Utopia 48 (Concas x Chambertin).

48 riders had lined up for this 1.50 class, and fifteen of them moved on to the jump-off. With a clear round against the clock Marschall beat runners-up Laura Klaphake and Silverstone G (Diamant de Semilly x Vancouver) by 0.77 seconds with another 0.14 seconds down to number three Maximilian Lill and Abc Trixi (Quidam de Revel x Carolus I).
