It was another good day for the Belgian boys at CSIO4* Linz. Saturday's 1.50/1.55m Gold Tour presented by Newsport saw Francois Mathy Jr. on the 9-year-old stallion Casanova de l' Herse (Ugano Sitte x Kashmir van Schuttershof) on top, with company from three more Belgian riders behind them. 

The 24.600 Euro competition had 51 riders in, and out of these eight went clear in both of the two phases. Fastest however was Mathy Jr. who was followed by Gregory Wathelet as runner-up 1.64 seconds behind aboard Iron Man van de Padenborre (Darco x Chin Chin), Niels Bruynseels on Clayton (Cartani x Capo) in third and Jerome Guery on Instit de Jucaso (Cooper van de Heffinck x Darco) in fourth.
