Fabienne Daigneux-Lange has sold her top mare Venue Fee des Hazalles to Eve Jobs.

With Daigneux-Lange in the saddle, the 12-year-old mare by President x Alcatraz won this year’s FEI Nations Cup in Lisbon, as well as last year’s Nations Cup in Rabat. The two have consistently produced top results in Grand Prix classes around Europe, and were recently placed 7th and 10th in the CSIO5* Grand Prix classes in Sopot and La Baule.

In a statement concerning the sale, Daigneux-Lange writes:

“For a few weeks I have asked myself many questions concerning the future of Venue Fee des Hazalles. I made a hard decision.

Since our debut together eight years ago, we have established a great partnership. She is unquestionably the horse of a life time, the horse of my life.

I never thought I would part ways with her, even though I received many offers.

She made me experience so many dreams come true, with fantastic results that I never though I would achieve – like for example Nations Cup victories, a 3rd place in the Belgian Championship, a 10th place in the 5* Grand Prix of La Baule and a 7th place in the Grand Prix of Sopot as well as many other great result.

But I only have her as a leading horse, and even with all these results my string of horses did not expand. So, that sets limits to my show program.

Because of the hard reality of our sport, that I sacrificed everything for, I decided after meeting Ms. Eve Jobs trust her with Venuee’s future.

Venue will not be a number in a quasi-industrial stable, but will be ridden by a rider who gave me all the guarantees I wished for as to the well-being of Venue. Care, respect, listening to the horse and everything that this beautiful mare deserves.

The amazing relationship that I have with Venuee has been very well understood by Ms. Jobs.

In addition, Venue will return to Belgium and her stable at the end of her sporting career.
