During the CSI5*-W event in Gothenburg, the Lövsta Future Challenge offered CSIYH1* classes for 7-year-old horses over three days.
The final, a 1.40m competition with a jump-off, went to Matilda Pettersson (SWE) on Ca Coze (Cosmeo x Maraton) with a time of 26,73 seconds against the clock. Robin Ingvarsson (SWE) on Cohinoor de Vil (Bravour x Cortus) took the runner-up position with a time of 27,77, while Philipp Weishaupt (GER) on Baloutelli (Baloubet du Rouet x Weinberg) placed third with a time of 27,93 seconds. The fourth place went to Linnea Ericsson-Carey (DEN) on Lacroix (Marius Claudius x Ogano Sitte) with a time of 28,71 seconds, and the fifth spot went to Marcus Ehning (GER) on Priam du Roset (Plot Blue x Tanael du Serein) after the pair clocked a time of 29,15.
The second qualifier in the Lövsta Future Challenge was a 1.35m against the clock on Saturday. Emanuele Gaudiano (ITA) and Lucifer van de Maltahoeve (Eldorado v.Zeshoek x Querlybet Hero) were the quickest pair, taking home the win with a time of 56,76 seconds. Jur Vrieling (NED) on Fiumicino van de Kalevallei (Plot Blue x Nabab de Reve) had to settle for the runner-up position with a time of 57,80 seconds, while Niklas Arvidsson (SWE) on Confidence CC (Casall La Silla x Nekton) took the third place with a time of 57,80 seconds. Linnea Ericsson-Carey (DEN) on Lacroix (Marius Claudius x Ogano Sitte) placed fourth after stopping the clocks on 60,62, while a time of 61,10 secured the fifth spot for Fredrik Spetz (SWE) on Great Kenney (Mylord Carthago x Contact van de Heffinck).
The first day of the Lövsta Future Challenge was a 1.30m in two phases. The win went to Jur Vrieling (NED) on Fiumicino van de Kalevallei (Plot Blue x Nabab de Reve) with a time of 28,70 seconds, while Niklas Arvidsson (SWE) on Confidence CC (Casall La Silla x Nekton) took the runner-up position with a time of 29,22 seconds. Emanuele Gaudiano (ITA) on Lucifer van de Maltahoeve (Eldorado v. Zeshoek x Querlybet Hero) placed third, Robing Ingvarsson (SWE) on Cohinoor de Vil (Bravour x Cortus) took the fourth place and the fifth spot went to Robert Whitaker (GBR) on Val de Vauxelles Z (Vite x Toulon).
