Defending his title is New York’s favorite McLain Ward, two-time Olympic Gold medalist, will return to the Coliseum Arena alongside Irish Rider Denis Lynch fresh from his Hong Kong victory and a contender to the Grand Slam Bonus. The Grande Dame of showjumping Beezie Madden, herself Olympic and crowned 2018 World Champion will be there to challenge Ward and Lynch in the only Olympic sport where men and women compete in the same category. 

In great form last year, Alexa Pessoa Connecticut native and wife of 2004 Olympic Champion Rodrigo Pessoa, who claimed the first win of the Longines Masters of New York in 2018, will be there alongside Summer Paulos winner of the Masters Three Kastel Denmark last year. 

They will ride in the NYCB LIVE, Home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum alongside some of the nations top junior and amateur riders including: Prima Bonaventura, Ariel Bluman and Anna Lisa Ericson. The best Masters Three rider will receive a wild card to ride in the Longines Masters of Paris 2019!
