At the end of July, Ashlee Bond announced the retirement of her top horse Chela LS (Chapultepec La Silla x Tlaloc La Silla).

During her career, the now 15-year-old mare brought home some big victories such as the AIG $1 Million, the CSI3* $100,000 Coachella Grand Prix, the CSI3* $100,000 Longines FEI World Cup™ Jumping Thermal and the CSI3* Grand Prix of Liege. Bond and Chela LS also competed at the World Equestrian Games in Tryon in 2018, and were also part of Israel’s team that won the Olympic qualifier in Moscow at the end of June this year.
