The Longines EEF Series Athens belongs to Region South of the highly anticipated and newly launched Longines EEF Series, a division of the Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup Series. The CSIO3*-W event will feature the signature Jumping Nations Cup competition on Sunday, June 6, 2021, which serves as a Regional Qualifier for the Longines EEF Series 2021 with participation of teams from 6 nations in their quest to qualify for the Longines EEF Series Semifinal in Budapest and the Longines EEF Series Final in Warsaw. Along with the team members, a number of top individual riders from Southeast and Central Europe are expected to compete for the total prize money on offer of 142.000€. 

The CSIO Ch is an international event reserved for children and features for the first time in Greece a Jumping Nations Cup competition for national teams made up of children riders with participation from all Balkan countries. 

The CSI1* and CSIYH* offer an additional prize money of 11.000€ and a variety of classes for young horses and lower-medium level individual riders. They are expected to attract an increased number of entries from Greece and abroad. 

The Athens Equestrian Festival 2021 will be organized with the highest level of care for the public health and with strict adherence to the Greek Government measures and approved protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
