Pieter Jan Berkers and Floris van Leuken have acted as the jumper selection committee for years now. They hit the road with one mission in mind: to select foals with an exquisite pedigree, good model and elastic movement mechanism. Offspring of top stallions Halifax van het Kluizebos, Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve, For Pleasure, Chacco Blue and Baloubet du Rouet mark our collection jumper foals. In the end, it all boils down to sport in the pedigree and these foals got that covered. Remarkable are the offspring of Conthargos. The stallion is leaving his mark on his offspring and the committee selected four of his children. 

One of the highlights is Ristello M, a full brother to Denis Lynch’s Cristello. The stallion is one of the major players in the current top sport. At the last moment, Aranix Rising (s.Aganix du Seigneur) was selected. Dam Lady D van ‘t Roosakker jumps 1.40m herself and is the full sister of Kassander van ‘t Roosakker (Gregory Wathelet) and Kaprice (1.60m under Kent Farrington). This colt is a genetic gem. Grace Chateau Key SR Z (s.Grandorado TN) also has top genes. This filly comes out of the direct damline of Itot du Chateau. 

Catousha Key SR Z is a daughter of Catoki out of the Roosakker breeding. For years, this lineage has been popular among showjumper enthusiasts. The latter will also fall for Tarcotique KCX Z (s.Taloubet Z), this colt comes out of the fantastic damline of Querly Chin. If you kept an eye on Marc Houtzager, you must have noticed his successes with the KWPN-approved Kincsem. Red Rum, for sale in the auction, is a full brother of this talent for the future. Regal Touch is a son of the top stallion Untouched out of sports damline and his grandsire is the legendary For Pleasure. Those keen on For Pleasure may get lucky in the auction, one of the last ‘full’ For Pleasures is for sale, the name is Festival VZ. 

To provide the buyers with enough information, additional footage was recorded. Unique this year are the 180-degree videos. For every foal, footage of the leg positions and foundation is available. On the website the video can be downloaded off every foal page. This year the auction takes place online and for that reason Foal Auction Borculo recorded as much footage as possible in order to enable buyers to obtain a clear picture of all the foals.
