From 2022, CSIO Jumping International de La Baule partners with Rolex, and leaves the Longines FEI Nations Cup series.
Rolex becomes the Official Watch and title partner for the CSIO5* Grand Prix of La Baule, worth € 500,000 in prize money. "It is the passion for our sport and our shared values that brought us closer to Rolex. It is an honour that the Grand Prix of La Baule will wear these symbolic colours. I thank Rolex for their trust and support. Together, we are going to write a new page in the history of show jumping and enter a new era for Jumping International de La Baule," show president Pierre de Brissac commented in a press release.
Although the event leaves the Longines FEI Nations Cup series, an independent Nations Cup will still be part of the show. With € 250,000 in prize money, the Nations Cup of La Baule will mark the first big highlight of Jumping International de La Baule – on Friday, May 6 – welcoming eight of the best teams in the world.
