The initiative of a group of 15 renowned Dutch and Belgian horses dealers to organize a monthly online auction of quality horses and ponies is well-received. "Clients are happy with their purchases and come back. I think that's a good sign," says Niels Fabrie, founder of Dutch Horse Trading. Bids for the August Auction can be placed between August 23-25 on www.dutchhorsetrading.auction.

By organizing a monthly online auction, the team of Dutch Horse Trading strives to create a place where everyone can find a horse of their liking. "We want to offer a constant supply of quality horses for every budget, whether showjumpers, dressage horses, or pleasure horses. We even sold some cool jumper ponies in the second auction, and have an absolutely stunning medium hunter pony is the upcoming auction," says Fabrie. "He's for sure a hack winner."

Although the team likes to offer a wide range of horses, the three previous auctions have taught them that most clients are looking for quality. "We have noticed that, so we try to meet that demand. Although, our team will still purchase horses that make our clients happy in another way or that they can make money on. Not all of them have to have unlimited physical quality. Many riders are happy with a well-behaved and easy to ride horse, so if we find those, we bring them in. One month, we might find more talented youngsters, another month, we might have more experienced horses and a few occasional pleasure horses to offer. As long as we think it can be an interesting horse for one of our clients, we will purchase it and offer it for sale in our auction." 

For the August 2022 auction, most horses have already been published on the website www.dutchhorsetrading.auction. "We will keep adding horses in the coming days, so make sure you check in regularly and follow our social media channels. I think we have a good collection again," says Fabrie.

On the website of Dutch Horse Trading, all available information about the horses is made public. Interested potential clients can find the contact details of the DHT team member who entered the particular horse. "We think it is important that potential clients know who they are dealing with. They can contact each of us directly and can ask us anything. We will answer to the best of our knowledge. We want clients to trust us and to feel confident when they buy at our auction," emphasizes Fabrie.
