After Friday's second round of the Longines FEI World Cup Final in Paris, Beezie Madden has a rail in hand when entering Sunday's concluding part of the competition.

On a zero penalty score, Madden (USA) is followed by Henrik von Eckermann (SWE) on a score of four penalties while Devin Ryan (USA) sits third on six penalties overall. Fourth is Olivier Philippaerts (BEL) on eight penalties, a spot shared with McLain Ward (USA) and Douglas Lindelöw (SWE) – which means they are two poles away from Madden. Harrie Smolders (NED) and Carlos Lopez (COL) share the seventh position on a score of nine penalties. Pieter Devos (BEL) sits ninth on eleven penalties, while Roger-Yves Bost (FRA) and Eduardo Alvarez Aznar (ESP) sit tenth on a score of twelve overall – three rails behind Madden.
