The 45th edition of the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Final kicked off in Basel, Switzerland, on Tuesday afternoon with the first veterinary inspection, while a training session on Wednesday gave the participants an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the arena.
The starting order for the first Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Final competition was drawn on Wednesday evening. Germany's Marcus Ehning – who won the final in 2003, 2006 and 2010 – will be the pathfinder, while title defender Henrik von Eckermann was drawn fourth to go.
The competition at the 2025 Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Final in Basel starts on Thursday with the first Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Final competition – a 1.60m class judged as a Table C.
