Abdelkebir Ouaddar (MAR) and Instanbull V.H. Ooievaarshof (Casall x Calido I) took a popular home win in Sunday's CSI4*-W 1.50m World Cup Grand Prix - Prix de S.A.R. Le Prince Heritier Moulay El Hassan in Tetouan. Emotions ran high at the Royal Guard in Tetouan as 4000 spectators sang the Moroccan national anthem during the prize giving ceremony.

Jumped over two rounds, 40 horse-and-rider-combinations were at start in the 1.50m class and ten of them cleared the first-round track. The top six pairs posted double clears, and Ouaddar was the quickest when the clock stopped on 45.80 for the Moroccan rider.

"This victory is magnificent because it is a horse that was very difficult, and I managed to get him on my side and today he gave me all his heart," the happy winner said in a press release from Morocco Royal Tour. "I dedicate this victory to my country and especially to my King because he is always behind me, I owe him my sporting career and I thank him infinitely. It is a gift for all Moroccans. In Tetouan, we always have a great audience and I felt carried today."
