Rima Da (CHN) ended on top of the podium of the CSI2* Longines FEI World Cup in Beijing, riding the 13-year-old KWPN stallion Z Wellie (Celano x Germus R). Da and Z Wellie were one pair out of seven that cleared the 1,50m course and qualified for the jump-off, where they delivered another clear in 44,89 seconds.
Three riders cleared the shortened track, and second place went to Ruiji Liang (CHN) with Indiana van’t Heike (Darco x Nabab de Reve) after crossing the finish line in 45,73 seconds. Tongyan Liu (CHN) took the third place with 46,98 seconds in the jump-off riding Ku Bu Qi.
Philippe Rozier (FRA) – who won the Grand Prix qualifier - got four faults in the jump-off and had to settle for fourth place with Grc Tadmus (Tadmus x Clover Brigade). Xiakejia Wopa (CHN) ended fifth after having the fastest time in the jump-off but recording eight faults, riding the 9-year-old Con Air.
