Reigning World Cup Champion Steve Guerdat (SUI) is in the lead of the Longines FEI World Cup Final in Gothenburg after the second round finished on Saturday evening. Guerdat will go into the final part of the competition on Monday on a zero penalty score. Marcus Ehning (GER) follows in second place carrying two penalties into Monday’s final rounds.

Harrie Smolders (NED) and World Cup Champion from 2014, Daniel Deusser (GER), share third place with three penalties followed by Nicola Philippaerts (BEL) with four penalties. Then there are three riders ranked sixth with five penalties: Callan Solem (USA), Simon Delestre (FRA) and yesterday’s winner Penelope Leprevost (FRA)

Monday’s competition will be a very close race where everything can happen and only one pole down separates the top five.
