This week, the 2025/2026-season of the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Western European League makes its 7th stop at Jumping Mechelen in Belgium.

The Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Western European League consists of thirteen legs this season – and with Oslo, Lyon, Verona, Stuttgart, A Coruña and London in the books, the traditional Jumping Mechelen is next up, before the league continues to Basel, Leipzig, Amsterdam, Bordeaux, Gothenburg, and Helsinki. The eighteen best riders from the league qualify for the final, which this year will take place at Fort Worth, Texas, USA, between 8-12 April 2026. Currently, Max Kühner tops the league with 45 points.

The hosts come strong in force for Jumping Mechelen, with Gilles Thomas (BEL), Gregory Wathelet (BEL), Thibeau Spits (BEL), as well as Nicola and Olivier Philippaerts all on the entry list. Other big names on the list include Steve Guerdat (SUI), Julien Epaillard (FRA), Daniel Deusser (GER) and Maikel van der Vleuten (NED).
