This week, the Traverse City Tournament of Champions continues at Flintfields Horse Park with a CSI5*-W event where the centrepiece of the show will be the $340,000 Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ of Traverse City on September 15 – a qualifier for the 2025 Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Final in Basel, Switzerland.
Some of the world's best riders will be in action at Flintfields Horse Park. McLain Ward (USA) and Karl Cook (USA) are both on the entry list fresh off their Olympic team silver medal in Versailles, France, and joining them for the host nation is among others Kent Farrington (USA) – currently ranked no. 10 in the world. Other big names on the entry list include Rodrigo Pessoa (BRA), Shane Sweetnam (IRL), Conor Swail (IRL) and Erynn Ballard (CAN) – the latter the highest ranked female rider in the world alongside Tiffany Foster (CAN), sitting as no. 21 on the latest Longines Ranking.
The final week of the Tournament of Champions from September 18–22 features the Major League Show Jumping Team Competition, as well as the $340,000 CSI5* American Gold Cup.
