This week, the 2023/2024 Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™ Western European League moves on to Bordeaux, France, for the penultimate leg of the season.
Henrik von Eckermann (SWE) – current world no. one – is one of many big names on the entry list for the 2024-edition of Jumping International de Bordeaux, and will be joined by 2012 Olympic champion, reigning European champion and three-time World Cup champion Steve Guerdat (SUI), leader of the FEI U25 Ranking Harry Charles (GBR), as well as former world no. ones Scott Brash (GBR) and Harrie Smolders (NED), plus a strong German group consisting of Daniel Deusser, Marcus Ehning and Christian Ahlmann. Current world number five Julien Epaillard leads the French squad on home soil, alongside riders such as Roger-Yves Bost and Penelope Leprevost.
