In the third installment, Episode 3: Defying Age, we sit down with living legend and one of the most respected figures in the sport, the iconic John Whitaker. Whitaker gives viewers an unprecedented glimpse into his storied career, walking us through his many successes, but also sharing how he has risen above his setbacks to remain at the top of the sport for so many years.

“If you want to move on, you have to change with the times,” Whitaker tells viewers in this moving episode.

This episode of Rising Above dives deep into how Whitaker has remained fit, both physically and mentally, just getting better with age. Whitaker takes viewers through his mythic career and how he has always returned to the top, no matter the setback.

In Defying Age, which is free to watch across all Longines Global Champions Tour social media channels, Whitaker opens up about the challenges that come with age, and just when we think Whitaker is done, he comes back to give viewers a surprise piece of treasured advice.
