After many years of successful cooperation, Abdel Said of AS Sporthorses and Victor Theeuwes of Stud 111 decided to organize their very first auction of top quality youngsters called THE YOUNGSTERS AUCTION AS 111, which will be held on Saturday the 6thof May at 20:00 at the CSI 2* at Azelhof in Lier. 

“With the extensive experience of organizing auctions and the long history and established name in the horse breeding and producing youngsters, Stud 111 is the perfect match for us with our knowledge of the sport and the worldwide network in the equestrian world. With this set up we are able to offer very good quality horses at fair value prices”, says Abdel about this new venture. 

“We have been working with Abdel and his team for many years. The professionalism, the experience of the sport up to the very highest level, and wide network and experience for sourcing top quality horses combines perfectly with our activities. I am very excited about this new auction, and the collection of top quality jumpers we are able to present to our partners”, adds Victor.

Eliano V’t Merelsnest Z is a power house from the world famous sire Emerald. This 8yo gelding already has an impressive record on the international jumping circuit up to 1.45 level. Eliano comes from the very famous damline of the renowned stud of van het Merelsnest, were he is closely related to VDL Glasgow van het Merelsnest and off course the Olympic phenomenon Sapphire of McLain Ward. In short this one is ready for the top of the sport!

With Fabulous we have a top quality 8yo mare who did not steal her name. This lovely grey by top sire Cornet Obolensky is already placed at international 1.35 level and we are convinced that this is only the beginning as she is so easy and lovely to ride!

Daylight EM Z is a 7yo gelding with top quality genes, but more importantly top quality abilities. Half brother to Niels Bruynseels’ winning machine Cas de Liberte it is obvious were he got his talent from. Already performing in the international 7yo classes, this careful chestnut is ready for an international sport career!

On the watch is the 5yo gelding El Pachat 111 Z, a born and raised Stud 111 product. Sired by our pride and joy El Barone 111 Z, who had no less than 12 sons at this year’s BWP stallion licensing, combined with the proven genes of de Van de Bisschop Stud of the Decraene family. Clearly this beautiful sport type flashy jumper inherited the power and the reactions of his father!

Another eyecatcher of our auction is this half brother of our current famous and extremely popular breeding stallion Commander HK Z. Sired by the jumping machine Quabri de l’Isle, this 4yo Zangersheide approved Quabrillo HK Z shows the same quality as his popular half brother. Although of his young age, he too is electric, quick of the floor, flashy and has the ability to become a top sport horse as well as breeding stallion!
