VDL Iowa top-seller at the WEF Sport Horse Auction

Yesterday evening, the 8th edition of the WEF Sport Horse Auction with the VDL Stud took place at The Stadium at PBIEC in Wellington, USA. Again, the VDL Stud flew over a fantastic collection of sporthorses to this annual auction which was organized together with the Winter Equestrian Festival.

Top-seller of the auction became the 8-year-old gelding VDL Iowa, a Grand Prix prospect sired by Indoctro. VDL Iowa was sold for $645.000. 

Overall it was  an fantastic auction with an average salesprice  of $206.000.
