Ashford Farm welcomes Bo Kristoffersen, one of Denmark’s most respected showjumping trainers and former international rider, to their team as a coach of their training program.
With decades of top-level experience – both in the arena and ringside – Bo brings a wealth of knowledge in developing horses and riders to their highest potential. The Danish man has guided several nations as a coach, and he has worked closely with some of the sport’s leading athletes.
Student development
Bo has been an integral part of many remarkable victories and championship titles. As a chef d’equipe he has guided multiple teams at Nations Cups, European and World Championships and the Olympics. Not only has he coached many senior riders successfully, also many juniors and young riders rely on his expertise. He is widely known for his structured approach and deep understanding of student development and coaching.
“Bo’s expertise and eye for detail make him a very valuable addition to our program”, says Enda Carroll. “His experience with top horses and riders will be instrumental in guiding our students continued growth and success.”
Valuable addition
Bo Kristoffersen will work alongside the other coaches of the program, Michael Cristofoletti, Marlon Modolo Zanotelli and Angelica Augustsson-Zanotelli. “I look forward to joining the team starting January 1st, 2026”, Bo says. “And to start working with the students and riders. I hope to play a part in their continued achievements and built good results with them.”
