According to studforlife.com, Joe Clee and his horse-owners for the last ten years - Ludwig and Jasmine Criel - have decided to part ways and Clee will start up his own business in Azelhof, Belgium.
After some very successful years, that included a spot on the British teams at the World Equestrian Games in 2014 and the European Championships in 2015, Clee says that he probably will have to take a step back to build up a new string of horses but with the goal to be back at the highest level.
Clee is very appreciative towards the Criel-family after ten fantastic years, and he will keep riding their horses for a while although he is realistic to the fact that Criel will hire another rider.
