Continued legal dispute over the Global Champions League

On Thursday, the Court of Appeal in Brussels upheld an earlier decision from the Belgian Competition Authority - enabling the 2016 launch of the Global Champions League. Although the decision gave a green light for the Global Champions League - where teams according to the organizers "will go head to head for unprecedented prize money in spectacular destinations worldwide" - the FEI seems unwilling to let the case stop here.

On Horse and Hound's website today it is reported that the legal battle goes on, as the FEI's appeal on the merits of the interim measures decision will continue before the Court of Appeal.
