Marcel Marschall’s 10-year-old gelding Coolio 42 (Casalito x Quidam de Revel) has been acquired by the DeMartini-family’s Elmrock BV, and will in the future be seen with Marcus Ehning. The DeMartini-family already owns Ehning’s top horse Stargold, that recently won the prestigious Rolex Grand Prix of Aachen.  

Marcel Marschall has developed Coolio 42 from the youngster classes all the way up to five-star level. This year, the two were part of the German team that ended 3rd in the CSIO5* 1.60m Longines FEI Nations Cup in St. Gallen, and they also placed 3rdin the CSI3* 1.55m Grand Prix of Linz as well as 4th in the CSIO3* 1.55m Grand Prix of Mannheim. 

“Coolio has already competed in Aachen and done Nation Cups, so he is very experienced. I’m looking forward to getting to know him and I’m really thankful to the DeMartini-family for giving me the opportunity,” Ehning says to World of Showjumping.
