Darragh Kenny has confirmed to World of Showjumping that he will part ways with some of his best horses belonging to the Hyperion Stud. One of the horses that Kenny will lose is Impothep (Indoctro x Calvados) – the 12 year old stallion he ended 7th with individually at the World Championships last year, as well as the talented 9 year old stallion Chin Quidam VDL (Chin Chin x Quidam de Revel).

On his Facebook page, Kenny has written the following;

"I'm saddened to announce that I will no longer compete the horses for Hyperion stud, the horses left my stable this week, although it is very disappointing to lose such great horses that I had great success with, I do hope they keep going great, imothep was an amazing horse and made a lot of my dreams come true, I'm very thankful to him and Hyperion stud for that chance, as for now I look forward to new horses and new ventures in my career."

It is not yet been announced who the new rider of the horses will be.
