For a fourth consecutive month, Julien Epaillard’s 12-year-old Selle Français-gelding Donatello d’Auge (Jarnac x Hello Pierville) – bred by Susana Epaillard – tops the 2025 WBFSH Breeder Ranking, leading the way with 1701 points. The latest ranking includes validated FEI results from 1 October 2024 to 31 July 2025.
While the top spot remains unchanged, there is a shake up within the top five. Daniel Coyle's KWPN-gelding Incredible (Clinton x Heartbreaker) – bred by Gebr. Bosch – drops from rank two to five, with Kristen Vanderveen’s Holsteiner-gelding Bull Run’s Jireh (Jireh (Born Uno 56, Uriko x Colman) – bred by Timm Peters – taking over as rank two on 1459 points. Kim Emmen’s KWPN-gelding Imagine (Cassini Gold x Lord Z) – bred by Conny Viscaal – follows in third with 1450 points, while Richard Vogel’s Westphalian-stallion United Touch S (Untouched x Lux Z) – bred by Julius-Peter Sinnack – sits fourth on 1419 points.
Selle Français continues to lead the way on the WBFSH Studbook Ranking with 7592 points, with Donatello d'Auge, Ermitage Kalone (Catoki x Kannan, bred by Magali Dessalles) and Bond Jamesbond de Hay (Diamant de Semilly x Kannan, bred by Jean-Luc L'Helgouarch) being their top three horses.
On 6996 points, KWPN stays rank two – with Imagine, Incredible and Farrel (Cardento x Stakkato, bred by VDL Stud) as their top three performers.
Holsteiner Verband remains third on 6711 points, with Bull Run’s Jireh, Monaco N.O.P. (Cassini II x Contender, bred by Ralf Luetje) and My Lady Lavista (Born Greta I, Mylord Carthago x Levisto, bred by Klaus-Peter Wiepert) as their best ambassadors.
